Career Discovery Workshops
Our interactive group sessions help teens understand their natural skills and interests while exploring high-demand, well-paying careers that align with their strengths. These sessions also guide them in identifying jobs that suit their personality, empowering informed decisions about their future.
One-to-One Career Consultations
Our tailored one-to-one sessions connect teens with experienced mentors who offer personalized guidance. Participants create a personal action plan, set realistic academic and career goals, and build self-confidence through focused, constructive feedback.
Mentorship Circles & Peer Learning
